There are servers in these USA, which are managed by Russians and/or Chinese and/or Japanese.
Some fellow in Russia has a PORN site on a US hosted server. No big deal.
He also has some dubious sites, such as selling weapons.
However, while they promote their sites, they also spy on the US Data centers.
Is ANYBODY regulating this SECURITY BREACH ??
