Thus, ROMANIA is the only country that saved the name of the ROMAN Empire, since Latin and Romanian languages are very similar, including their grammar.
No other country’s language can come as close to Latin, as the Romanian language.
Grammar and all. PERIOD.
ROMANIA, surrounded by Slavonic countries, survives to this day.
No matter how many tribes from the EAST (Mongols, Huns, Magyars, Bulgars..etc),
came around and went on to the other plains.
ROMANIA STOOD against them, one way or another. Speaking Romanian/LATIN.
NOT an iota of SLAVIC.
And it still STANDS.
