marathon race

Post by mithudi »

Is this hereditary that is related to genes or is it luck or is it hard work?
Well,my father at the age of 60 was able to do 250 km cycling using an ordinary bicycle and with no special gears or features associated with the cycle. And he never experienced dramatic fatigue.About 3 weeks back, even I tried the same and was able to do 160 km of cycling using an ordinary bicycle.I could have gone longer but for the time restraint as I work.

Hard work, by all means. Exercise is addictive. Once you get in that high end groove, there is no limit.

It can be hereditary. If you use to do a certain exercise then your endurance will prolong and increase. Eating nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits is also a big factor for healthy body, increased endurance and long life.
