Earlier post was not only astute, also prophetic! This post will provide current updates to original author’s discussion about collusion between Microsoft/Feds and loss of freedom/invasion of privacy.

US Senate reconvenes on September 8. 2009. David Rockefeller has already introduced two Bills, S. 773 and S.778, which are before the Senate for approval, not sure of roster ranking. Bills seek to empower the US Federal government with omnipotent surveillance authority over global internet traffic based on a ‘perceived’ need to protect US citizens from threat of cyber-terrorism attacks (S. 773). Rockefeller utilizes the persona of ‘Presidential alliance’ to soften draconian tone of his Gestapo tactics (S.778). Clearly, Rockefeller is pushing the New World Order dream of dominance. Google Bills individually or locate at URL http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/? ... ybd=@FIELD(FLD003+@4((@1(Sen+Rockefeller++John+D.++IV))+01424) .

Bill S.773 states “A bill to ensure the continued free flow of commerce within the United States and with its global trading partners through secure cyber communications, to provide for the continued development and exploitation of the Internet and intranet communications for such purposes, to provide for the development of a cadre of information technology specialists to improve and maintain effective cybersecurity defenses against disruption, and for other purposes."
Bill S.778 states“A bill to establish, within the Executive Office of the President, the Office of National Cybersecurity Advisor."

ISP's are apparently ‘alarmed’ at granting Presidential control of Internet__http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-10320096-38.html?tag=rtcol;pop

Initially, I considered Feds surveillance of global internet as a trite dream and unenforceable due to predictive global backlash. Regrettably, these Bills are not getting much fanfare in current news so they may get passed ‘under the wire’. This New World Order nightmare may be closer than we think given legalese in Microsoft’s licensing document; “…Washington state law governs the interpretation of this contract and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. All other claims, including claims regarding consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort, will be subject to the laws of your state of residence in the United States, or if you live outside of the United States, the laws of the country or region to which we direct your service. You and we irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts in Kings County, Washington, USA for all disputes arising out of or relating to this contractâ€
