If the landlord is not using this for the benefit of the tenants, then what is hos purpose for having it and what are the tenants doing about it ? if it is for security that's one thing, but if he is using it to spy on his tenants that's another matter and it should be removed.

They are more then likely Captain Save-a-hoes or control freaks. California is loaded with people like that, especially in the housing management and government office business.

Got that right. The tenants are wondering and questioning the US Constitution and all the amendments, trying to fight City Hall, basically.

Yes, indeed. A lot of Eastern Europeans landed on US shores, only to find out that they are being spyed upon worse than in the old communist countries.

I have no idea what California's Legislation is all about, but one thing we can say for sure is that: We witnessed at least 2 or 3 legislations being passed, and yet IGNORED.

Exempli GRATIA: 1- Auto insurance - Flagged not to RED ZONE anymore.
They are still doing it.

Exempli GRATIA: 2- Affirmative Action - Flagged as not to happen anymore.
They are still doing it.

An so on and so forth.

THE US GOVERNMENT is asking everybody to MANDATORY and VOLUNTARILY (JESUS...isn't that a misnomer??) STATE their ETHNICITY on ANY application, and lately...on any INSURANCE FORM.

WHAT THE F. IS THIS all about, other than RACIAL PROFILING and/or Reverse DISCRIMINATION???
