Nowadays, "THEY" rely upon CELL PHONES tied in with GPS, LANDLINE PHONES (with built in speaker/microphones), etc. If that fails, and the PERSON/ENTITY does not carry a cell phone/beeper, they can always attach a GPS tracker on the underside of any car.
Webcams..CellPhones with built in cams, cars being sold with built in "STAR" tracking devices ("in case your car gets stolen" - and stupid sheeple pay for it, as part of the "package"): SHEEPLE pay for the technology allowing the GOV to spy on them..!!! - FAIT ACCOMPLIS

There is no privacy in America anymore. I'd love to blame an over reaching government under the Bush administration for this but I can't. It's Americans fault. We are the people who had rather vote for the next American Idol than the next president. We are the people who had rather let our minister think for us than think for ourselves. We're the folks who have narrowed down all the book choices to one book, the one our minister reads from and reads from with the skill of a nineth grader.

Bush is just taking advantage of our laziness and stupidity. While we are all sitting on our bloated asses watching Brittany's latest flub up, our rights are being taken away and the world is going to hell.

Infringement upon liberty is an act of introducing treason to the table of accepted practice. Once you infringe upon other peoples freedoms that you dislike, the door is now open for them and everyone else to infringe upon the liberties that you yourself enjoy in which case you deserve. If you want freedom for yourself, you have to give other people theirs. This is the concept that Americans find so hard to respect, hence, the problems we are facing in our society. All it takes is to stop this power struggle and everyone agree to respect each others rights and the ENTIRE rule of law/Constitution.
